Animusic
Animusic is an american company specializing in the 3D visualization of MIDI-based music.
Both music and visuals are entirely digitally synthesized.
They “invent” imaginary virtual Instruments by building computer graphics models of objects that appear to create the sound of the corresponding synthesized music track.

Fred Kaps : Seeing is believing
Abraham Pieter Adrianus Bongers(June 8, 1926 – July 23, 1980) was a Dutch magician, famous for being the only magician to become FISM Grand Prix world champion three times.
Along with his appearance, immaculate suit and white shirt, sleight of hand was Kaps’ trademark.
He would practice an effect for weeks before he dared to perform it live.
He performed both stage illusions and close-up magic using a variety of props like playing cards, candles, coins, balls, dice, silks...
He loved to go to magic conventions because magic was not only his profession, but his hobby as well.
In May 1980, Kaps was honored with a Master Fellowship of the Academy of Magical Arts in Hollywood.
On July 23, 1980, Bram Bongers better known to the world as Fred Kaps died after a long battle against cancer.
Abraham Pieter Adrianus Bongers (8 Juin 1926 - 23 Juillet 1980) était un magicien hollandais, célèbre pour être le seul magicien à devenir trois fois Grand Prix FISM.
Perfectionniste, il pouvait pratiquer un effet pendant des semaines et des mois avant d’oser le présenter en public.
Spécialiste de la scène et du close-up, il utilisait une variété d’accessoires comme les cartes à jouer, bougies, pièces de monnaie, balles, dés, foulards...
Il aimait participer à des conventions de magie, car la magie n’était pas seulement son métier, mais aussi son passe-temps.
Le 23 Juillet 1980, Bongers Bram, mieux connu sous le nom de Fred Kaps, décéde après une longue bataille contre le cancer.

David Frederick Wingfield Verner (June 11, 1894 – August 21, 1992), was a Canadian magician.
His expert sleight-of-hand technique and extensive knowledge garnered him respect among fellow magicians.
His influence was considerable in the magic world, and he was a mentor to numerous famous magicians.
Harry Houdini often boasted that if he saw a card trick performed three times in a row he would be able to figure it out.
Vernon then showed Houdini a trick seven times, each time insisting that Vernon "do it again".
Finally, Houdini’s wife and Vernon’s friends said, "Face it, Houdini, you’re fooled."
For years afterward, Vernon used the title "The Man Who Fooled Houdini" in his advertisements.
He died on August 21, 1992 in Ramona, County of San Diego, California

Il a révolutionné le close-up, et a laissé son empreinte dans la façon d’aborder la prestidigitation.
À Houdini, qui affirmait pouvoir comprendre n’importe quel tour de prestidigitation s’il le voyait exécuté trois fois, Dai Vernon présenta un tour sept ou huit fois, et Houdini dut s’avouer vaincu.
Vernon en profita pour ajouter dans ses publicités : "The Man Who Fooled Houdini" (l’homme qui a trompé Houdini).
Il meurt à l’âge de 98 ans, le 21 août 1992 à Ramona, Californie.
Il dira à la fin de sa vie: "Je n’ai qu’un regret, celui de n’avoir pu consacrer les six premières années de ma vie à la magie".

Original, misleading and elegant, designed to be carried out for groups as well as in most close-up situations, these effects will also be discussed and explained at a practical level, i.e mainly the management of angles and performing concerns.
Participants must bring their own favorite set of 4 identical coins, as well as :
Magic wand
Silk scarf
Chinese or other coin (copper, bronze …), same size as the ones in the main set of coins
Jumbo coin
Although the techniques taught do not require the use of any gimmicked coin, it is possible to bring them to discuss techniques adapted to their use.
Warning :
To fully benefit from this lecture, participants should know their intermediate to advanced sleights (Edge grip techniques, Classic palm techniques, etc...)

Originaux, trompeurs et élégants, conçus pour être exécutés pour des groupes aussi bien que dans la plupart des situations de close-up, ces effets seront aussi discutés et expliqués sur un plan pratique, c’est à dire principalement la gestion des angles en situation réelle.
Il sera demandé aux participants d’apporter outre leur set de 4 pièces favori :
Une baguette magique
Un foulard de soie
Une pièce chinoise ou autre (cuivre, bronze...) de même taille que les pièces du set principal
Une pièce jumbo
Bien que les manipulations expliquées ne nécessitent pas l’usage de pièces truquées, il est possible de les apporter pour éventuellement discuter des techniques adaptables à leur usage.
Avertissement :
Pour profiter pleinement de ce stage, il est demandé aux participants d’avoir le niveau intermédiaire à avancé (maitriser les techniques principales de Edge-Grip et de l’Empalmage Classique, etc...
